The Breaker Store only sells new products, usually in their original factory packaging. Because we do not sell used or refurbished items, it is our general policy not to accept returns, unless specifically approved by the customer service department in advance. Any returns allowed will be at the sole discretion of The Breaker Store and in all cases will incur a 30% restocking fee. Any products that have been damaged, installed, modified, or otherwise altered will not be considered for a return.
The Breaker Store warrants to the original purchaser of the product, that their purchase will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period The Breaker Store, at its sole discretion, either; A) Provide a replacement product; B) Refund a portion or all of the purchase price; C) Repair the product at the expense of The Breaker Store. Any warranty service must be coordinated in advance with The Breaker Store customer support staff.
